Turkcell Superonline Internet Outage
I'm writing to voice my extreme disappointment with the recent interruption of Turkcell Superonline's home internet connection. As someone who relies significantly on a solid internet connection for business needs, the total loss of service throughout the day has severely hampered my work and productivity. I attempted to contact your customer service line several times, but the responses I received were condescending and did not provide a genuine solution to the ongoing issue. Given the importance of internet connectivity in today's remote work environment, this lack of responsibility and support is inexcusable. The financial losses incurred as a result of this outage are significant, leaving me no choice but to look into alternate internet service providers. In addition, I want to share my unpleasant experience with Turkcell with others in my network in order to discourage them from using your services.
