Toyota Corolla Engine Misfire And Suspension Issues Unresolved

I bought my 2023 Toyota Corolla brand new, and I’ve been experiencing various issues since the very first day. During the chip shortage period, I was told that vehicles were unavailable unless I paid an extra ₺150,000 off the books. I recorded this situation and reported it to the regional office, and only then was I able to take delivery of my car. All maintenance has been performed exclusively at authorized Toyota service centers. Around 15,000 km, noises started coming from the suspension. When I took it to the service center, they heard the noise but claimed there was no problem. As the issue persisted, I went again, but they still insisted everything was fine. Later, I consulted a mechanic who found a problem with the tie rods. Despite reporting this to the service center multiple times, I was ignored until I contacted the regional office again, after which the repair was finally carried out. At around 28,000 km, the car began to misfire. I reported this to the service center, and they said they would check it during the 30,000 km maintenance. During that service, they changed the oil and later informed me that the misfire was caused by carbon buildup in the throttle body, which they could clean for an additional ₺4,000. Even though my car is under warranty, I paid the fee by credit card, along with the cost of the 30,000 km service. However, the issue was not resolved, and the misfire continued up to 35,000 km. On October 30, 2025, I went to the service center again, but they once more claimed there was no problem with my vehicle. Despite following all recommendations and always using authorized Toyota service, I have been left both financially and emotionally frustrated, with my problems still unresolved. I urgently request that my grievance regarding my car, license plate 41 ARN 604, be resolved, that my under-warranty vehicle be fully and properly repaired free of charge, and that both the ₺4,000 I paid for the throttle cleaning and the 30,000 km maintenance fee be refunded. I also expect Toyota to remind me why I chose this brand in the first place.
