Township Candy Level Bug Lost 900 Cash and No Level Progress

I experienced a technical issue in the candy level section of the Township game, which caused me to suffer a loss. In order to pass the level, I spent 900 in-game dollars, but the key got stuck, the level did not complete, and as a result, both the 900 dollars I spent were wasted and I could not level up.
Because I was unable to complete the level, I also missed out on the 10,000 in-game dollar reward associated with that task.
Since this situation is clearly caused by a technical error within the game, I request that the 900 in-game dollars I spent be refunded to my account. Additionally, I ask that my progress be restored by advancing me one level in the candy section and that the 10,000 in-game dollar reward I was entitled to be credited to my account.
I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my losses be fully compensated.
