Touché Privé received my returned dress but has not refunded money — requesting an immediate refund

I bought a dress from Touche Prive’s online store on 24 June and paid 988 TL by credit card. I returned the dress on 24 June and the product was delivered back to Touche Prive on 26 June. Despite the return being completed and the product reaching them, my refund has still not been paid to my credit card. When I contacted customer service, I was told that they were temporarily unable to provide service, and no clear information or solution was given about when my refund would be made. I request that the 988 TL I paid for the dress be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible and that I be informed about the completion of this process.
