Total Gas Pump Malfunctioned Causing Fuel Spill with No Manager Assistance

I had a really annoying time refuelling my vehicle at the Total gas station in Aksaray city center. The pump's automatic shut-off failed, leading to fuel spilling all over the ground. I was waiting for help, and when someone finally showed up, I snapped some pictures of the spill to keep a record. When I asked what would happen next, I was just told the manager wasn’t around and got a casual, “It’s fine,” before they sent me off. I felt like my concerns weren't being listened to, and I was worried about the safety standards since fuel spills are a big deal. I was hoping for a more responsible reply and I think Total should work on how they deal with these kinds of situations.
