Tommy Hilfiger Conflicting Pricing Information and Customer Disappointment
On the evening of May 28th, at the Tommy store in Deepo Outlet in Antalya, I confirmed the discounted products and inquired about the possibility of a price reduction if three of the same items were purchased. I reached an agreement with the store staff, and I called my other two friends to the store. However, when we approached the cashier, each staff member provided conflicting information, resulting in a negative outcome. Despite some of them still saying "yes" to the discount, and even though the previous customer was given the same item at a discounted price, we wasted an hour trying the products, obtaining price information, and ended up embarrassed in front of my friends. Furthermore, they informed me that they could not offer the same discount given to the previous customer, and I left the store.
