I've been a TokenPocket user for the past two months. Everything seemed fine until one morning, I logged in and discovered that the funds I had accumulated through cloud mining were suddenly seized—completely frozen without any prior warning or notification. I was shocked and confused because I hadn't initiated any action that could have triggered such a lock.

When I reached out to customer service, their only response was that I needed to “upgrade” my wallet to recover the frozen funds. This is completely unacceptable. I never authorized any kind of lock or restriction on my funds, and I certainly did not agree to ransom-like conditions in order to access money that is rightfully mine.

No financial platform should be allowed to seize user assets without consent and then demand additional steps or payments to release them. I demand that TokenPocket immediately unlock my funds and offer a full explanation for this unethical behavior. I expect swift action to restore trust and resolve my grievance.
