TOD Tv Made Watching Impossible Due to Constant Lagging and Disconnections

I've been dealing with some persistent problems with Tod TV. The service keeps lagging and disconnecting from the broadcast. Back when the service was with Bein Connect, I didn't have any issues like this. Since I started using Tod TV, watching TV has turned into a annoying experience. It seems like I’ve spent money on something that doesn’t even let me watch regular TV comfortably. It's really frustrating that there's no easy way to get in touch with someone to sort these problems out. It seems like I've thrown my money away on a service that doesn't do what it claims to do. If these issues aren't sorted out soon, I'll have to take it up with Consumer Rights to get a fair solution.
