TOD TV Has Charged Me Twice
I signed up for TOD TV, and after a couple of months, I realized that my credit card was being billed twice each month. I've been attempting to contact customer service about this matter, but regrettably, I haven't had any success in reaching them. I have reached out multiple times, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Is it against the law to collect duplicate payments like this?
I kindly request for a swift resolution to this matter.
