Netflix Double Billing Dispute

In February 2024, I signed up for Netflix on behalf of myself. The monthly charge was ₺ 119.99. When I checked my credit card, I saw that the subscription cost had been charged twice within two days, and to my amazement, in US dollars. I contacted Netflix customer service, who stated that "a friend you previously shared the subscription with also renewed their subscription." I emphasized that I had subscribed in my own name, but they said there was nothing they could do. Regarding the payment in dollars, they just instructed me to "talk to your bank." I'm filing a complaint against Netflix for charging me in US dollars and making me pay the monthly cost twice. My request is to make a one-time payment of ₺119.99 in ₺ (because I quit my subscription). I do not want to pay twice or in US dollars.
