Tod TV Closes My Account Over a Dispute Tied to a Different Transaction
Following the issue I experienced with a package I purchased through Tod TV on 04/16/2026, Digiturk customer service called me and acknowledged that the transaction had been erroneous; my previous packages were reinstated, and I was informed that the $74 payment would be refunded within a few days.
However, the refund was not processed within the stated timeframe. Despite speaking with customer service and live support numerous times, I got no result. Following this, I filed a chargeback dispute through my bank, and as a result of the bank's investigation, the relevant amount was refunded to me.
Afterward, I noticed I could no longer log into my Tod TV account. Customer service informed me that my account had been closed due to the chargeback dispute. However, that chargeback dispute pertained solely to the transaction dated 04/16/2026, for which a refund had been promised.
The fee for my current subscription, valid until 08/05/2026, had already been paid separately, and I have no dispute or refund request related to this payment. Despite this, my access to my subscription — which is still within its active period and has been fully paid — has been blocked.
I am requesting that my access to my paid, currently active subscription be restored and that my account be reactivated.
