Request For Manual Review Of Banned Account

I am writing regarding my PUBG Mobile account, which has been banned until 2030/08/19 on my iPhone. My account ID is 5891212619. I believe this ban was issued by mistake, either as a false detection by the anti‑cheat system or because my account may have been compromised without my knowledge. I have never used any cheats, hacks, unauthorized third‑party applications, or intentionally violated the game’s rules. I have always tried to play fairly and respect the community standards. For this reason, I think the permanent ban on my account is unfair.
