Had TLSContact System Error After Canceling Visa Appointment

I applied for a Switzerland visa through TLSContact Istanbul on 02/03/2025 with the group ID M1270336, as I planned to revisit Switzerland in June 2025 after the holiday and meet friends and their families—just like my 2016 trip. The earliest available visa appointment I could get was 03/06/2025. However, since the consulate will be closed during the Kurban Bayram holiday and the visa processing time is around three weeks, I learned that my visa would not be approved until after my planned travel dates.
Because of this, I canceled my Istanbul appointment through the TLSContact Istanbul system and applied again through TLSContact Ankara on 06/03/2025 with the group number 1356712. However, the system gave me an error:
“The passport number was previously used for another application in another group.”
Even though I canceled my 03/06/2025 Istanbul appointment, I am still unable to make a new appointment through the Ankara system.
I request the complete cancellation of my application dated 02/03/2025 under group ID M1270336, so that I can proceed with my new application without system errors.
