Tinder Deactivated My Paid Subscription Early — Requesting Reactivation

On October 15, 2025, I started a Tinder Plus subscription by paying ₺102.53 with my bank card. Since I only wanted to use it for one month, I canceled the subscription right after activating it. The app clearly showed that my subscription would remain active until November 15.

However, the very next day — October 16 — my membership was completely deactivated, and I lost access even though the paid period hadn’t ended.

I expected to receive one full month of service in exchange for the fee I paid, but I was only able to use it for one day. I request that my remaining subscription period be reactivated. I made this purchase using an Android device, and I don’t have a customer or order number associated with the transaction.
