Tinder Keeps Charging Monthly Even After I Canceled My Subscription

I canceled my Tinder subscription, but the app continues to charge me ₺449 every month without my permission. I’ve already deactivated the subscription through my phone, yet the charges keep appearing on my bill automatically.

Despite following the proper steps to cancel, Tinder seems to ignore the cancellation and continues billing me like nothing happened. I cannot cancel it through the app anymore, and I’m stuck paying for a service I don’t use and have already tried to leave.

Tinder, I demand immediate action. Cancel my subscription completely and stop the unauthorized billing. I also want a full refund for all charges made after my cancellation. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will report it to Consumer Protection authorities. This is an abuse of trust and a violation of user rights.
