I purchased a Tinder Platinum subscription, and it renewed automatically one month later, on June 17, 2025. On that very same day, because I didn't want the subscription to renew in subsequent months, I immediately canceled my subscription. However, to my utter disbelief, my Platinum membership was terminated instantly!
This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a full month of service, and by canceling the renewal, I expected to retain my benefits for the current month. Instead, Tinder immediately revoked my Platinum access, effectively stealing the remaining days of my paid subscription. When I asked why, they sent me a canned response, which I've included as an image. This isn't about the ₺200 I spent making me rich or poor; it's about the principle of being ripped off and denied a service I rightfully paid for.
Tinder, you need to rectify this immediately. Reinstate my Tinder Platinum membership for the full month I paid for! Your policy of immediate termination upon cancellation of renewal is predatory and dishonest. Stop stealing from your users and provide the service they've paid for. I demand a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this frustrating and unfair practice.
