I Upgraded to Tinder Gold From Plus But Got Charged Full Price Instead of the Difference

I currently had an active Tinder Plus membership and decided to upgrade to Tinder Gold. Naturally, I expected the system to only charge me the price difference between the two plans — roughly around ₺50. However, instead of charging the difference, Tinder billed me the full amount for the Gold plan, which was ₺150, without accounting for my existing Plus subscription.

This is clearly a system issue. I already paid for Plus, so why am I being charged again as if I had no subscription? There should be a proper upgrade path that deducts the existing plan’s value.

I’m requesting a prompt refund of the excess amount charged beyond the upgrade difference. Tinder must review this billing issue and correct it. Charging users the full fee without adjusting for an existing membership is both unfair and misleading. Please resolve this error and refund the overcharged amount.
