I Face Canceled Tinder Platinum Membership After Account Transfer
I’ve experienced a serious issue with the Tinder app that left me at a loss. About 5–6 days ago, I transferred my Platinum membership to a new account and deleted my old one. The membership appeared as active on my new account at first, but one day later, it was suddenly canceled — even though I still had three months remaining on my subscription. I received a message saying a refund would be issued, yet I never received any refund, nor was my paid Platinum membership reactivated.
I paid ₺599 ($17) for a 6-month Platinum plan using my Enpara Encard debit card via Google Play. I’ve tried contacting both Tinder and Google Play customer support but haven’t received any response. I also tried logging in from different devices and accounts, but the issue persists.
I request that the remaining duration of my Platinum membership be reinstated or that my payment be fully refunded. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, as this situation has caused me unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.
