I subscribed to Tinder in June 2025, paid for the membership, and completed the selfie verification process as required. Despite this, my account was unfairly suspended shortly afterward. When I attempt to log in, I receive a message stating, “Your selfie verification has been received,” but my account remains inaccessible.
The timeline is clear: I completed my payment and verification steps, yet the system continues to prevent access without providing a valid reason or estimated resolution time. This is unacceptable, especially for a paid membership. I purchased this service expecting full access, but instead, I am left waiting indefinitely without clear communication.
This situation has caused both financial loss and significant frustration. I demand that my account be reactivated immediately and that I receive an apology for the inconvenience caused. If there are any additional steps I must complete, I expect to be informed clearly and promptly.
