I Face Ongoing Login and Messaging Issues with Tinder Gold

For the past two weeks, I have been experiencing major issues with my Tinder Gold subscription on my iPhone. Although I purchased the membership via the App Store using my card, I cannot properly use my account. I am unable to send messages, read incoming messages, or get new matches.

On top of that, whenever I try to delete my account, I receive an error message saying: “Data could not be read because it is not in the correct format.” This means I cannot even close my account and start fresh.

My username is “Melekk”, my registered email is s**********@hotmail.com**, and my phone number is 0507*56 06. I have already sent multiple emails to Tinder support, but I have not received a single response. The lack of customer service and repeated technical failures are very frustrating.

I am requesting that my account be fully restored so I can use the features I paid for. If this is not possible, I demand that my account be completely deleted so I can create a new one without restrictions. I expect Tinder to resolve this issue promptly and fairly, as paying users should not face such persistent problems without support.
