I Can’t Delete My Tinder Account or Cancel Gold Membership Due to Constant Errors

I’ve been trying to delete my Tinder account for days, but the app keeps giving me an error every time I attempt it. No matter how many times I try, the process doesn’t complete. I’m also a Gold subscriber, and even basic features like matching aren’t working properly — they either freeze or show an error message.

All I want to do is close my account, but the app simply won’t let me. I’m completely in the dark as to why it can’t be deleted. There’s no explanation, no visible support, and no help from Tinder.

This should not be a complicated process. If users want to delete their profiles, the system should allow it without technical obstacles. I demand that Tinder immediately close my account and investigate why the app is malfunctioning — especially for paying users like me. I also want to ensure I’m not charged again while I’m stuck in this loop.

Tinder needs to fix this issue or offer a manual solution, because this level of frustration over something as basic as deleting an account is completely unacceptable.
