Tinder Gold Account Frozen After Purchase – Unable to Use Features

Despite purchasing Tinder Gold, my account has been frozen and I can’t use the app. I’ve been charged for the membership, but I’m unable to enjoy any of the features. Even after trying to delete and reinstall the app, it won’t let me. Despite having Gold, I haven’t received any matches, and my account seems completely inactive. I’ve also tried uploading my photos, but I’m not allowed to delete or re-upload them either. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I’m very disappointed. I expect Tinder to resolve this issue immediately or provide a refund for the unused service.
