I Can’t See Matches or Delete My Tinder Account Due to Ongoing App Glitches

There’s something seriously wrong with the Tinder app, and it’s been going on for far too long. My matches don’t show up, the app constantly glitches, and I can’t even delete my account. Every time I try to log in, I experience problems — the app either freezes, crashes, or just refuses to function properly.

Even after signing up for a paid membership, the exact same issues continue. I thought subscribing might unlock proper access or fix the problems, but it hasn’t helped at all. The experience is completely broken.

I’ve tried to reach Tinder’s help center, but there’s no way to contact a real person, and the support options within the app are practically useless. No live chat, no support email — just generic FAQs that don’t address my problem.

I’m requesting that Tinder immediately fix the technical issues with my account, including match visibility, login access, and account deletion. If they can’t resolve the problem, I want a full refund of the ₺ I paid for the membership.

Tinder, please take this seriously. Users shouldn’t have to pay for a service that doesn’t even work.
