I Paid for Tinder Gold but None of the Premium Features Are Working on My Account

A couple of weeks ago, I subscribed to Tinder Gold, expecting to benefit from the advertised premium features—but none of them are working. I can't see who liked me, even when my friend liked my profile from another account. My "Likes You" section remains completely empty, and I'm constantly shown the same profiles over and over again. No new matches are happening, and the app doesn’t reflect any of the advantages I paid for.
I’ve reached out to Tinder support twice over the past week, and there has been no response whatsoever. This is incredibly frustrating. I either want my subscription extended to make up for the lost time or I want a full refund and my account deleted. Right now, I feel completely scammed. If Tinder values its paying users at all, they need to fix this immediately and compensate me for the faulty service.
