Tinder Gold Subscription Not Working. Unable to View Matches, Send Messages, or Delete Account

I am experiencing multiple issues with my Tinder account despite having a Gold subscription. I am unable to see my matches, my messages are not being sent, and I cannot delete my account. I have already tried contacting the support center, but they have not been helpful. It has been over a week with these problems, and I have also canceled my subscription without resolution. I urgently request that my account be deleted.
