I’ve been using the Timo Clup app for about a week, and I can’t remove the audio clip I added to my profile. Even though I’ve tried options like “delete sound” and “redo”, the audio remains on my profile. The app also doesn’t have a specific button for deleting sounds. I’m experiencing this issue on the iOS version (Apple 11, Timo Clup 1.4.11), and I’m using the free version of the app. Despite refreshing the page multiple times and trying different methods, nothing has worked.
I request an explanation about the cause of this issue and how it can be resolved. I also ask that the app be updated to fix this problem permanently.
