I Can’t Access My Timo Account After Sudden Account Closure

My account, which I used for chatting purposes on the Timo app, was suddenly closed today, and I am currently unable to log into my account. Whenever I try to sign in, I receive Apple verification errors and Facebook login error warnings, which completely prevent me from accessing my account.

I have not yet contacted your support team or submitted an email regarding this issue. I would like to be informed about why my account was closed, and if there has been no violation of the platform’s rules, I request that my account be reopened immediately.

I kindly ask for this access problem to be investigated as soon as possible and for the necessary actions to be taken so I can regain access to my account without further delay.
