I Face Timo Club Ban and Need My Account Reviewed
My Timo Club account was suddenly banned, and I have no idea what happened. I did not receive any clear explanation about why my account was banned, and I do not understand what rule I supposedly violated.
The email connected to my account is: ashleymaesaugu*****@gmail.com. I noticed the ban about an hour ago, or possibly a little longer, and since then, I have completely lost access to my account, which I really need.
I request that my account be unbanned and that my access be restored. At the very least, I ask that you provide a clear explanation for the ban and carefully review my account, as I believe this may be a mistake.
I have not yet been able to contact support through other channels, so I am asking for help here to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
