I Face 403 Error on Timo App and Cannot Access Account

For the past 30–40 minutes, I have been unable to perform any actions on the Timo app. Initially, I tried to add funds, but the transaction failed. After that, I started receiving a 403 error for every action, including logging in, adding funds, and other operations. Even when I attempted to upload a different photo, I encountered the same 403 error.
I have already tried all common troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the app and switching to a different internet connection, but the issue still persists. As a result, I cannot access my account properly or complete any transactions.
I request that the cause of this 403 error be investigated and that my account access be restored. I also expect the issue to be resolved as soon as possible so I can use all features, including adding funds, without any problems.
