I completed a survey on TimeBucks that took approximately 20 minutes from beginning to end. The survey was related to beauty products, and I answered all of the questions completely and reached the final thank-you screen successfully. However, despite fully completing the survey, the system later marked me as disqualified and the reward for the survey was never added to my account balance.
The username of my TimeBucks account is “su saka.” The reward I was supposed to receive for completing this survey was approximately a little over $7, but this amount was never credited to my balance.
I request that the related survey activity be reviewed in detail and that the survey reward I rightfully earned be credited to my TimeBucks account as soon as possible in order to resolve this issue and remove the inconvenience I experienced.
