Swagbucks Support Ignored My Missing SB Balance Problems For Months
I use Swagbucks from the United States on my laptop, and I am writing because there are two unresolved issues with my SB balance that have been ongoing for months. First, around March 2026, 1300 SB disappeared from my ledger without any explanation. I contacted customer support about this, but instead of a clear answer about why the points were removed, I received a generic response that did not address the specific issue. To this day, I have not received any real explanation or resolution regarding these missing 1300 SB. Second, I have 600 SB that I earned on 02/25/2026 which still have not been credited to my account. In my activity, it has been stuck on a “will be credited by the end of today” status for months and has never actually been paid out. I have a screenshot clearly showing this pending status with the original date. I contacted support multiple times about this as well. On Ticket ID 17384999, I again received a generic reply explaining how surveys work, which did not solve the problem or move the 600 SB out of pending status. My follow‑up messages have not received any meaningful response. I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the missing 1300 SB be restored to my balance, and that the pending 600 SB from 02/25/2026 be fully credited without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why these issues occurred and why they have been left unresolved for so long despite my repeated attempts to contact customer service.
