I Face Tango Live Verification Rejected With Valid Nigerian ID

I am a Tango Live user based in Nigeria, and I am experiencing a serious issue with your identity verification process. My Tango Live username is “Midnight aura.” On April 18, my identity verification was rejected, even though all the information I submitted was accurate and I used a valid Nigerian ID card. Despite providing correct details, I was not given a clear reason for the rejection.

Because my verification has not been approved, I am unable to withdraw my earnings. Currently, I have $61 stuck in my Tango Live account, and I cannot access these funds. This situation is extremely frustrating, especially since I followed all the required steps correctly.

I reached out to Tango Live support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far, which is very disappointing. I respectfully request that my identity verification be reviewed again, that my Nigerian ID and submitted information be carefully reassessed, and that my account be approved so I can withdraw my $61. I also expect a clear explanation for the previous rejection and a prompt resolution to this issue.
