Payeer Closed My Account and Blocked My TimeBucks Earnings

The payments I earned by completing surveys on TimeBucks were regularly being transferred to my Payeer account. I still had approximately $23 remaining in my Payeer balance. Later, I learned that a warning notification had supposedly been sent regarding the account, but I never personally received such a message, so I was unaware that my account was going to be removed or disabled.

At the moment, I cannot access my Payeer account at all, and because of this I am unable to withdraw the money I earned from TimeBucks to my bank account. I contacted Payeer regarding the issue and sent them messages explaining the situation, but I have not received any response so far.

I request that my Payeer account be reactivated and that my remaining balance of approximately $23 be restored so I can withdraw the funds to my bank account without any further issues.
