TikTok Support Keeps Asking for a Verification Code I Cannot Access
I have been unable to access my TikTok account for approximately 12 months. Whenever I try to log in, the verification code is sent to an old phone number that I no longer use and can no longer access. Because of this, I am completely unable to log into my account.
The email address registered to my account is h************@gmail.com. When I contacted TikTok support regarding this issue, they repeatedly kept asking me to provide the verification code sent to my old phone number. Even though I explained many times that I no longer use that line and have no way to access those codes, the support process keeps getting stuck at the same stage and no actual solution is provided.
My request to TikTok is that the old phone number linked to my account be updated after the necessary identity and security checks are completed. I am fully prepared to verify my identity using official identification documents if needed. I simply want assistance restoring access to my account by verifying it through my new phone number instead.
