TikTok Still Blocks Me from Starting Live Streams Even Though I Am Over 18

I can't seem to get my live stream going on TikTok. Two years back, I couldn't get access because of age restrictions. Since I turned 18, I should be good to go, but the restriction is still hanging around. My account name is fe***, and I need straightforward instructions on how to fix this issue.
