For the past two days, I have been unable to link my Instagram account “tariikpekmez” to TikTok. Each attempt results in a “parameter error” message. This issue had never happened to me before. I tried several possible fixes, including reinstalling the app, attempting from different devices, and even changing my password, but the problem persists.
Additionally, I am currently subscribed to a support package with video promotion and advertising services, which makes this disruption even more frustrating. Despite contacting the TikTok support team, I have not received any response so far. Every attempt to link my Instagram ends with the same error, and I have also noticed that I cannot remove my email address from my TikTok profile—whenever I try, the action fails.
I request that the parameter error and the email removal issue be fixed immediately so that I can successfully link my Instagram account to TikTok without further problems. I expect a prompt resolution from TikTok, given that I am also paying for support services.
