TikTok Says My Account Does Not Exist Even Though It Is Still Visible

I am the owner of the TikTok account with the username “noealma***” and since 17 May I have not been able to log in. Every time I try to access my account, the app shows a message saying that the account does not exist. However, when I search for it from another profile, the account is visible and active, so this information is clearly incorrect. I have already contacted TikTok support about this situation, but I have not received any real help or a solution, and my problem remains exactly the same. I need access to my account because I am the legitimate owner and I have many personal memories and content stored there that are important to me. I kindly request that my account be restored and that my access be reactivated as soon as possible so that I can log in again and use it normally.
