TikTok Account Locked Out Due to Inactive Phone Number

I am having a serious problem accessing my TikTok account and I would like your support for account recovery. When I try to log in, first I am asked to enter my password. I enter the correct password, but then the system asks me to verify with a code sent to my old phone number, which was registered in Malaysia. I no longer use or have access to this phone number. Because I tried many times to log in, I now also see a “Maximum number of attempts reached” message, and I am completely locked out of my account. I previously submitted a request through your support, but I have not received any response or solution so far. I am still unable to access my account.
