TikTok Customer Service Ignoring Recovery Support Requests

I have an old TikTok account with the username “delikanli.0625,” and I have completely lost access to it. I no longer remember the old phone number or password, and there is no email address linked to the account. There are old videos of me on that account, and since I now wear hijab, I do not want my previous uncovered videos to be visible to others.

I have been trying to contact TikTok’s support team for about a year. I submitted support requests through the app, but I never received a response. I also tried sending identification and verification documents, but the process is not being followed, and no Turkish-language support is provided. I have not received any reply so far, and I cannot reach the support team directly.

For my personal privacy and safety, I request that the account “delikanli.0625” and all of its content be permanently deleted. I urgently request assistance and support in Turkish regarding this matter.
