I invested in promoting my videos on Instagram, but unfortunately, a majority of the accounts that followed and liked them turned out to be bots. I reached out to Instagram support regarding this matter, but I haven't received any response yet.
I'm sorry, but this is not acceptable. I purchased genuine followers, not automated accounts. It is imperative that Instagram takes immediate action to resolve this matter and reimburse me accordingly.
