Thousands of Tokens Disappearing on TikTok After 2 Days, No Support Response

I purchased thousands of tokens on TikTok, but they all disappeared after just 2 days! This has happened multiple times, and I’m beyond frustrated. I’ve tried reaching out to TikTok support through numerous forms, but all I get are generic, automated responses. It feels like my concerns are being ignored, and none of the issues are resolved. I’ve even provided examples of the missing tokens, but still no action has been taken. TikTok, please restore my tokens and take this issue seriously. It’s disappointing that such a large platform offers so little support for paying users.
