TikTok Fails to Recover My Hacked Account

I am writing to report that my TikTok account was stolen on 24 December 2025, and since then, I have no access to it. On that date, all the data on my account was changed, and I could no longer log in at all using my phone number and Gmail address that were originally linked to the account. After I realized that everything had been changed and I had lost access, I tried all the available options to recover the account, including the steps for a compromised account and contacting TikTok support, but I did not receive any effective help, and the problem remains unresolved. I use TikTok from Germany, and this account contains many personal memories and a lot of work that I invested over time. I am kindly requesting that my original TikTok account be recovered and access be restored to me as the rightful owner, so that I can regain my memories and the work associated with that account.
