I Can’t Access TikTok Despite Internet Connection and Location Being Unchanged
For some reason, I can no longer access TikTok on my device, even though everyone around me is using it without issues. Whenever I try to open the app, it either says “no connection” or shows a message like “this app is not available in your country.” This started completely out of the blue. One day, I opened the app and was suddenly blocked from using it, even though I hadn’t changed phones, moved countries, or adjusted any of my device settings. My internet connection is strong, and I’ve tried reinstalling the app, but nothing has worked.
It’s extremely frustrating not to receive a clear explanation while others nearby continue to use TikTok without issue. I’m asking TikTok’s support team to investigate why my account or device is restricted and help restore access. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
