For the past two months, I’ve been facing a frustrating issue with TikTok on my Samsung A53. When I try to upload a photo or video from my phone, the app only displays 21 random media files from my gallery—even though I have over 1,000 saved. On top of that, while I can access screenshots, their quality appears extremely low and pixelated.
This issue is specific to TikTok. All other apps on my phone can access my gallery without any problems. TikTok is fully updated, I haven’t changed any permission settings, and there are no error messages popping up. Still, I cannot reach most of my files within the app.
I’m requesting TikTok to immediately fix this gallery access issue on Samsung A53 and ensure that I can fully view and upload all of my media content. This needs urgent attention.
