I’m filing a complaint against Mobile Legends: Bang Bang for not issuing the promised payment for their TikTok event. The campaign ran from May 15 to May 31, 2025, and it was clearly stated that payments would be made within 21 days after the event ended. Today is June 24, 2025—well past the deadline—and I still haven’t received anything.
I’ve reached out to the relevant contacts multiple times, but no one responds, and no explanation has been provided. The lack of communication is incredibly unprofessional, especially for an official event hosted through a platform as large as TikTok.
Mobile Legends, you promoted this campaign, collected content from creators, and promised payment. Now it’s your responsibility to follow through. I demand that my earned payment in ₺ be processed immediately. Stop ignoring your community and honor your commitments.
