TikTok Permanently Suspended My Account and Blocks New Account Creation
For about 2–3 months, my TikTok account (username: hz_***, email: **@gmail.com) has been permanently suspended. When I try to create a new account on the same phone (Galaxy Infinix Hot 40i), I receive a warning that says: “Your account has been permanently banned due to multiple community guideline violations.”
I tried several steps such as deleting and reinstalling the app, using a different internet connection, and signing up with different email addresses, but the problem still continues.
I appealed both through in-app support and via email, but I only received negative responses without any real solution. My account does not contain any balance or payments.
I request a clear and detailed explanation as to why my account was suspended and why I am unable to open a new one. I also ask for my account to be reactivated, or at the very least, to be allowed to create a new account.

I received a notification stating, 'Your account has been permanently banned due to multiple violations of the Community Guidelines' as the reason for the suspension. I had important content and followers on my account, so I suffered a significant loss. I immediately appealed after the suspension, but I did not receive any response during this process. Additionally, I tried to open a new account, but that was not possible either. So far, I have not contacted TikTok customer service directly. I request that my account be reinstated. I kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved so that my content and efforts are not lost.
