Can't Log In TikTok

I have been unable to access my TikTok account for about two years because the phone that was linked to my profile was stolen and I no longer have that phone number. I created this account in 2019 and had 528 followers, and I would like to continue using it, but I am stuck at the login and verification steps. When I try to log in or update my phone number, TikTok keeps asking me to verify that it is really me through the old phone number ending in 5369 or a passkey option, as shown in the attached screenshot. Since I do not have access to the old phone number anymore, I cannot receive any verification code and therefore cannot log in to my account to update my phone number. I have tried using the appeal and account recovery options, but they always direct me back to logging into the account first, which is impossible under these conditions. I am asking TikTok to help me regain access to my account by updating the phone number linked to it to my current number through an alternative verification method, such as email or identity verification, instead of sending codes to the stolen phone number. I request that my account be recovered and my contact information updated so I can securely use my profile again.
