Can't Access TikTok Account: Lost Phone & Email Recovery Help

I am writing because I can no longer access my TikTok account with the username “mannidhillon1***”. When I try to log in, TikTok asks me for a verification code that is sent to a phone number ending with 4349, but I no longer have this phone and I also do not remember or have access to the email address I used when creating the account. Because I have lost access to both the registered phone number and the email, I am completely locked out of my own account. This account belongs to me, and I can provide any additional information or documents you may request in order to prove my identity and ownership of the account. I kindly request that TikTok support manually verify my identity and ownership of my account and help me regain access to it by updating the contact information or providing an alternative recovery method.
