Costext Subscription Not Cancelled – Request Cancellation and Refund

On 25 June 2026 the company Costext charged my bank account 189 PLN for an SMS service. On the same day I submitted a resignation from this subscription and clearly requested cancellation. Despite this, the subscription has not been properly cancelled and I am still treated as a subscriber. I have already sent about five emails asking for resignation and for confirmation of cancellation, but I have not received any reply from Costext. I request an immediate cancellation of the SMS service subscription linked to this payment and confirmation that no further charges will be taken. I also request a refund of the 189 PLN collected on 25 June 2026, as I resigned from the service on the same day.
