Rinse Ignored My Instructions and Returned My Clothes Unwashed and Wrinkled

Expecting a top service for the hefty cost, I chose Rinse.com to test for my laundry needs. Sadly, my experience was hardly at all satisfying. Two times, my garments returned crumpled and badly folded, devoid of any organisation. The drivers totally disregarded my explicit directions for drop-off and pick-up as well. Among the most annoying things was that several of my things were returned unwashed since light pet hair caused them to be "rejected". I had to wait days just to learn that half of my laundry was unharmed; I was never informed ahead of time. Although I know occasionally mistakes are inevitable, this occurred with two of four orders. Given the price, I expected far better communication and service. Would advise against.
